MANAGEMENT
Our executive and managerial staff are a team of professionals with experience in law enforcement, security management, public relations, and legal affairs. The utilization of these various specialties in our overall business strategy is a key element in providing knowledge of and quality service to our clientele.
At National 50 Security and Investigations, Inc. the client- management relationship is of the utmost importance for us. Client satisfaction is our priority. Our management maintains involvement with the everyday workings of the company to ensure a smooth operation and the quality of service that we profess.
Our management team is available 24 hour a day 7 days a week to monitor your account, enabling us to provide you with top quality services as well as avoid any miscommunication or non adherence to our client’s security requests or demands.
Our Supervision Staff, including the Account Managers, are experienced professionals who oversee every account by utilizing i.e.:
- 1.- Unscheduled Supervisor Inspections
- 2.- Electronic Patrol Monitoring
- 3.- Collection of Daily Activity Reports, Time Sheets, and Incident Reports.
- 4.- Security Officers are provided with either or both, company cell phones or radios, allowing Supervisors and Management instant communicative availability.

OUR EMPLOYEES
We invest considerable time and expense in our most important asset, our security personnel. Our pre-employment process is extensive. Verification of state-issued permits, and a thorough background check with criminal and civil index checks as well as interviews with former employers are performed. Upon passing our stringent screening process, new staff members are required to undergo advanced training in all areas related to their assigned duties or specific to them to ensure smooth communications and client satisfaction. Additional training is provided by legal experts and Law Enforcement Trainers in the field of civil and criminal laws.
Our entire employment process helps us select qualified individuals who will ultimately provide the best security services available.
Our employees are continually monitored, updated and trained in new laws and regulations. We believe customer service and satisfaction results from personnel who are professional and skilled in maintaining authority in the field while always exercising tact and diplomacy.
COMMAND AND CONTROL, DISPATCH, COMMUNICATION AND MONITORING
This office provides dedicated and trained professional security personal in all areas under the above heading. Our personal are experienced officers that can operate, control, monitor and perform functions from simple monitoring to responding to complete command and control centers, which can dispatch, monitor, record and store data and control from a single central location. Officers are training in a variety of monitoring and recording equipment, as well as communications equipment, devices and procedures. Officers are trained and schooled in crises situations, including such as emergencies as fire and or earthquake evacuations. Procedures and protocols, range from local security command and control to notifications and assistance to police, fire, medical and first responders.
Whether it is a dispatch center, camera monitoring assignment or the solitary security officer on a post, they all have one thing in common, 24-7-365 communication. Every employee has the availability of communication at anytime that they are on duty, via radio or cellular phone. Their supervisors, and in some cases, their clients, are available at all times if so needed or notifications need to be made. In turn supervisors are able to contact management if needed anytime. Clients may contact the security officer, the supervisor or management at anytime.
Needless to say, communications are critical in the security business. Communications in written form, i.e; DAR’s and Reports are submitted daily.

FIELD SUPERVISORS
THE BACK BONE OF OUR COMPANY IS OUR SUPERVISORY STAFF. OUR REPUTATION IS BUILT ON THE FACT THAT WE PROVIDE OUR CLIENTS WITH FIELD SUPERVISORS AT NO COST. MOST COMPANIES EITHER REDUCE THE SUPERVISION OR CHARGE FOR IT.
THE OLD SAYING “YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR” DOES NOT APPLY AT NATIONAL 50 SECURITY, NOT ONLY DO WE PROVIDE FIELD AND MANAGEMENT SUPERVISION AT NO COST TO THE CLIENT BUT WE SUPPLY THE FINEST SUPERVISORS IN THE INDUSTRY. ALL OF OUR SUPERVISORS ARE LICENSED PROFESSIONALS DEDICATED TO ENSURING THAT OUR CLIENTS ARE PROVIDED THE BEST SECURITY AVAILABLE.
